BBC: Team Building Experience
The BBC Drama Department were looking for a creative experience to help staff get to know one another and have fun together.
The Brief
Colleagues worked across a number of different teams within the department. As individuals that work behind the camera, the BBC wanted to provide staff with the opportunity of performing for one another in a fun, competitive setting.
With this in mind, City Academy developed the singing team building experience ‘THE BIG BBC SING-OFF!’ for the team, and the group of 50 was split into two competing choirs for the day.
The Outcome
In this case study, the department shared a sense of real accomplishment at what they had achieved and the enjoyment which comes from group singing, performance and stepping out of their comfort zone.
