In Authority for Introverts, learn about the unique barriers introverts face in the workplace and how to ‘hack’ extroversion bias, and discover actionable techniques to assert your autonomy and authority.
You will be coached every step of the way by one of City Academy’s experienced business coaches, who will offer constructive feedback as you transform your presentation and learn to lead with authenticity.
In this communications skills course you will:

What should I bring to the course?
Participants are advised to wear comfortable clothing and shoes they can move around freely in. We also recommend bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.

On public courses, your tutor can provide personalised feedback and steers on the day. Questions are also welcomed throughout workshops.

Do you only offer courses in London?
Our in-person courses are primarily organised in Central London. For teams, we're able to provide in-person training at your offices globally or we can book a suitable partner venue for you to deliver training in your locality.
Are your venues accessible?
We work with a variety of partner venues around London many of which are accessible. If you, a colleague or employee has specific requirements, please make us aware upon booking to ensure we can find a venue suitable for you.
Do I get a certificate?
Our courses aren't accredited and instead focus on practical, experiential learning, however, we are able to provide a certificate of completion to you after your course via email.
Do you have a minimum age requirement?
Our public courses are for over 18s. For 1-2-1 tuition or private classes, participants can be any age. Content can be shaped to be age and experience appropriate.
