Do you only offer courses in London?

Our in-person courses are primarily organised in Central London. For teams, we're able to provide in-person training at your offices globally or we can book a suitable partner venue for you to deliver training in your locality.

Are your venues accessible?

We work with a variety of partner venues around London many of which are accessible. If you, a colleague or employee has specific requirements, please make us aware upon booking to ensure we can find a venue suitable for you.

Do I get a certificate?

Our courses aren't accredited and instead focus on practical, experiential learning, however, we are able to provide a certificate of completion to you after your course via email.

Do you have a minimum age requirement?

Our public courses are for over 18s. For 1-2-1 tuition or private classes, participants can be any age. Content can be shaped to be age and experience appropriate.

Can you adapt this course to suit teams dealing with customers and members of the public rather than clients?

Course content can be shaped to suit your team's roles. If you work in hospitality, retail or sectors dealing with customers rather than clients, client accounts, our expert tutors can amend course material to make it most relevant to your sector and business.
