In our Media Training course, you will learn to see your organisation from a journalist’s perspective. Exploring the current landscape of UK media and the key players, we will explore how a journalist’s objectives may differ from your own. You’ll learn tips for helping your story to be picked up by the media. Exercises will be practical in nature and comprise real-life examples.
Using performance-technique based in behavioural psychology, you will then establish vocal and physical skills aimed at conveying a powerful message in a succinct way. Through group observation, you will avoid pitfalls and alter habits which distract from your message. Crafting and employing a public personality to connect with an audience, you’ll hone the structure and delivery of a one-on-one interview.
