Our Approach
Private Tuition enables you to focus on particular soft skills to make the biggest impact. Training is delivered on a 1-2-1 basis with a professional voice and business coach. Sessions are scheduled to suit you and can be held virtually or in person, from the comfort of your home, in-house at your office, or at one of our partner venues throughout London.
As our Private Tuition is completely tailored to suit your requirements, it is important to understand your requirements and objectives. As such we conduct detailed needs assessment sessions of 30-45 mins prior to the start of sessions.
We draw from the full range of City Academy’s business training to craft bespoke sessions with a detailed workshop plan. What should I bring to the course?
Participants are advised to wear comfortable clothing and shoes they can move around freely in. We also recommend bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated. er
Can I train with a tutor online?
If you're based outside London or would prefer to train remotely, we can arrange Zoom meetings for you and your tutor. Meeting details are sent in advance to add to your diary.
Do you offer package discounts?
If you would like to purchase private 1-2-1 sessions as part of a package, we have bundles offers available. Please contact us for further details.
Can I speak to a tutor in advance about my requirements?
We can set up a discovery meeting between you and a tutor to discuss your goals and requirements in advance of sessions taking place. They can frame each session to your needs and can adapt sessions if your needs change over time.
Can I book a free taster?
We're happy to offer tasters of our courses to provide a flavour of what we do in advance of a booking being made. Please call or email us for further details on 0207 042 8833 or business@city-academy.com.
Can I book sessions on behalf of a colleague of employee?
Sessions can be booked for you, for a colleague or for an employee. With private tuition, we welcome the opportunity to meet the delegate requesting training to understand their goals and requirements to frame the sessions to their needs. Introductions can be made in person, via Zoom or via email.
Can you send proof of my purchase to my employer?
If you are buying 1-2-1 sessions that you would like to expense, we can send a VAT receipt as proof of your payment to us. We can also raise an invoice if your employer would prefer to make direct payment to us for the sessions you require.
