LVMH were launching a new L&D programme for their future leaders. The luxury conglomerate brought City Academy onboard for the launch event in Paris to add that “something special”.
LVMH’s launch event saw a selection of high achieving women in business come together from across the conglomerate’s portfolio of luxury brands.
As part of the kick-off meeting, LVMH wanted a dynamic and interactive communications workshop to help embed values and hone core skills. The workshop was to allow participants opportunities to developing existing skills and experience new ways of communicating.
For this senior collective the requirement was to enhance skills in everyday business interactions including meetings, events and social gatherings. How could each future leader communicate their ideas with more confidence, clarity and gravitas to leave audiences with a powerful lasting impression?
We worked closely with the L&D team to design a series of workshops that each met the overall objectives and provided unique sets of skills and experience to the delegates.
Three City Academy tutors flew out to Paris to deliver short sessions on the following topics:
Each was delivered by professional actor or voice coach and tailored to suit the senior attendees. This meant that we could really explore how to build on one another’s ideas creatively, how to flex the use our voices to support a message and how to enhance personal ‘presence’ to ensure we leave a lasting impact.
“I just wanted to say a big thank you for the great collaboration: Kate, Victoria and Louise did an amazing job with our participants, infusing them with their energy and their passion.”
