Artistic Policy:

It is usual that plays are written with leading roles and smaller parts, however, to ensure that each member of the Company has an equal opportunity to perform, experience proves that rehearsing and performing ‘scenes’ rather than complete plays is the most effective policy.

The Theatre Productions therefore consist of scenes and pieces linked to form an engaging show with all actors fully participating. The scenes, chosen to suit the individual actors cast, are usually contemporary and require minimal set and costume.

We aim to use new writing and quality scripts that offer all members of the cast a real acting challenge.

Your director will encourage ideas and script suggestions. Directors will have the final say on scripts in line with their vision for the show.
