Our Diva Dance course is fast, funky and energetic. As well as teaching you some moves that you can put to good use on the dance floor, it will get you moving like never before!

What is Diva Dance? Diva sits within the Street/Commerical umbrella and is all about embracing your feminine energy (we all have it!) Find a more powerful approach to the traditional Street Dance groove by taking inspiration from the Diva Powerhouse of the Music World.

Our Diva Dance course is perfect for beginners with previous dance experience and for those looking to learn new moves in a fun and welcoming environment.

DIVA DANCE COURSE CONTENT

Our diva dance lesson will cover routines from some of the world’s biggest divas.

• An introduction to basic moves, positioning and body isolations as well as understanding and exploring the whole diva style
• Lose inhibitions and gain confidence: while learning how to add expression and attitude to dance
• Have the opportunity to present your newly developed skills as part of a small group within class

Once having mastered the diva technique you may progress onto joining the City Academy Diva Company where you will get the opportunity to perform on world class stages
