Together Dance Show - Highlights
We're incredibly excited to bring you highlights from 'Together' - the third of three City Academy Dance Shows in December 2018.
Four of our incredible Partner Dance Companies, alongside two guest companies, lit up the legendary Sadler's Wells Theatre. From Swing to Tango, the performance showcased some of the most exciting partner dance styles under the theme 'Together'.

Swing Company
Our Swing Dance Company is one of the most exciting swing performance groups in London. The Company is led by Holly France, an experienced dancer, performer and choreographer who specialises in vintage dance styles including Charleston, Lindy hop, Swing, Jive, Rock ’n Roll, GoGo and Can Can.

Our Tango Company aims to bring the passion and elegance of Argentine Tango to stage. Led by Company Director Winston Veerender, the company teaches students innovative choreography showcasing the passionate dance form that Argentine Tango already is.

The Ballroom Company is one of City Academy’s premier resident dance companies, specialising in the various iconic styles of partner dancing - both Standard and Latin. The company is led by professional ballroom dancer and choreographer Tom Wohlfahrt.

City Academy's Salsa Classes have been voted 'Best Salsa School in the UK' by the Latin UK Awards. This exciting dance company is made up of an elite group of City Academy salsa dancers run by award-winning performers & choreographers Magda Sobolewska & Dani K.

Otrdanz Academy - Guest Company
Featuring our Head of Partner Dance Magda Sobolewska, the Otrdanz Academy joined us for a special guest performance.
Together Show Performers: Donna Blinman, Gaelle Annaert, Paola Piovesana, Sarah Rowe.
Escuela De Baile - Guest Company
One of the UK's largest Flamenco Schools, Escuela De Baile join us for a one-night-only performance of this highly-expressive and passionate dance form.
