Our Public Speaking course has been designed by our expert presentation and communication trainers to prepare you the next time you have to deliver your message with impact and confidence. You'll learn tips to manage your nerves and, therefore, ooze confidence. There is no need to be worried, Public Speaking is incredibly empowering and we can help you to fulfil your potential.
WHY THIS COURSE?
At City Academy, our Public Speaking Courses will teach you how to deliver a clear and captivating message to a large audience. Our life skills workshop isn't just about ensuring you come across as a knowledgeable and confident individual, but also about delivering your information in a structured and original style that will stick with the audience for days, if not weeks.
Our classes are limited to 8 students to make sure everyone is given individual feedback.

Public Speaking Courses - What You Will Learn
Working with one of our performance and business communication skills specialists, during our workshop you will learn:
- The best communication techniques for an engaging performance
- How to structure engaging presentations that pack a punch
- How to embrace a unique style of communication that will set you apart
- Effective strategies for delivering big messages to big audiences
- Practical vocal exercises that will enable you to project with confidence
- Feel at ease and use warm and confident body language
- Train your voice to project to a larger audience with clarity
- Explore techniques for responding to audience questions quickly and confidently
In our public speaking classes, the above is brought together to help you generate a unique communicative style so you can present to large audiences of 20 or more and, importantly, have your message heard.
If you'd like to develop your presentation skills for smaller audiences, such as team meetings or small conferences or events, please refer to our Presentation Skills workshop.
