Samba is the fiery cheeky Brasilian dance marked by its fast footwork and hip movement. You may recognise Samba from the vibrant annual Rio carnival, danced by both women and men. Come dance with us and find your ginga. As with all our dance classes, our Samba Classes for Beginners is a fantastic way to improve your fitness, tone your body and build your confidence. What’s more, you can't help but feel happy and uplifted when you succumb to the Samba spirit.

Samba Classes for Beginners - What you'll cover

Learn all the essential Samba techniques through explanation, demonstration and correction. You tutor will break-down each move and help you combine to create short dance phrases and fuller choreographic sequences

Practice to Samba Music at different speeds gradually increasing the level of complexity
Master specific exercises designed to combat Samba challenges
Meet new, like-minded people in a welcoming and encouraging environment

For courses up to 5 classes in length you are welcome to join up to the second class.
For courses over 6 classes in length you are welcome to join up to the third class.

Cancellations Policy

Cancellations made within 7 days of booking and before your course starts: full refund
Cancellations made after 7 days of booking but more than 14 days before your course starts: full refund less a 20% administration fee.
Cancellations made after 7 days of booking but less than 14 days before your course starts: no refund.
