Gosia Syta

Gosia Syta is a trainer, coach and professional speaker specialising in Presentation Skills, Storytelling for Business, and Presence & Impact. Using the latest research in behaviour psychology, she teaches emerging and existing leaders in law, tech and finance, how to project authentic confidence, engage their audiences, and influence their stakeholders to get the results they want.

She has also worked with startup founders on business development programmes, such as the Business Growth Programme run by London and Partners, the official promotion agency of the Mayor of London, where she has helped early-stage entrepreneurs design and deliver winning investment pitches.

Gosia is passionate about making a real difference and has been involved in several social impact projects. These include a self-promotion initiative for underrepresented groups, a communication skills program for neurodiverse job seekers, and returnship programs for women aiming to rejoin the workforce after a career break.
