‘In this teaching style, we prioritise listening to the body and being fully present in the moment. Students learn to connect with their physical selves, tuning into their instincts and sensations. We playfully explore the nuances of groove and rhythm, understanding how they impact improvisation. By being present and attuned to our bodies, we create a harmonious blend of physicality and creativity, resulting in an immersive and enjoyable learning experience.’
