Experience the world of TV commercials by performing for one of the UK’s leading Casting Directors.

This Masterclass with TV and Commercial casting director Nicci Topping is designed to give actors an insight into the casting process of TV commercials. An opportunity to have a real life experience of performing a scene/‘casting scenario’ in front of Nicci Topping, in a similar set up to how a usual commercial casting is carried out. You will have the chance to receive feedback and gain industry knowledge. Nicci Topping has many years of experience casting for feature films, television, commercials, short films, video games, and theatre. 

Nicci Topping Casting has been casting commercials for over 20 years for some of the world's biggest brands. Gucci, Facebook, Google, John Lewis, Proctor and Gamble and many more.

COURSE CONTENT

In this course you will:

  • Perform a scene with a partner in front of casting director Nicci Topping and the whole group.  
  • Have the chance to receive constructive feedback to help develop your casting for TV commercial skills.  
  • Have the opportunity to ask any questions related to the acting industry and TV Commercial casting process. 
  • Gain an insight into the casting process of Casting Director Nicci Topping and be able to gain an insight into the TV commercial casting process.

EXPERIENCE

Some professional acting experience at the minimum is needed

Equipment

Bring a pen, notebook and a water bottle.

Please note that attending this workshop will not directly lead to you being cast for a role or to being hired for work. These courses are aimed at those with some professional acting experience at the minimum, if you are looking for a beginner level course please try our Acting Beginners or Acting Foundation courses.
